This versatile new batch freezer can put new operators into the ice cream business economically. It accommodates both small and large in-house premium quality ice cream and frozen dessert production and gives food service operators creative independence to add frozen desserts to their existing menus, develop new flavors and reduce costs.

This easy-to-operate machine automatically provides the appropriate product consistency for ice cream, dairy-free, vegan and other high-overrun frozen desserts for optimal product quality and maximum menu flexibility.
The LB200 IC’s full size, highly efficient freezing chamber has the flexibility to freeze 2.8-quart to 5.3-quarts of liquid mix and can produce up to 14 gallons of ice cream per hour, giving operators optimal management of their production needs. Adjustable electronic consistency control ensures product uniformity with varying batch loads. “Adding freshly made premium ice cream to any menu can create a new profit center or expand customer reach, like take-away and other dining occasions,” continued Klingler. “The LB200 IC countertop batch freezer gives operators the flexibility to start and grow these new concepts.”
