    Performance

    The Coldwall’s cabinet allows you to display and preserve your gelato or premium ice cream in the best possible way.

    Convenience

    The cabinet has automatic defrost that runs once a day. The first time, the defrost starts 24 hours after the unit is switched on. After that, the defrost will start automatically every 24 hours. It is a hot gas defrost system, that stops once all ice build up on the walls is melted.
